Refund Policy
Caribbean Bridge LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides educational programs, digital products, micro-products, and language-learning services. By purchasing any product or service, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise stated below, all sales are considered final.
1. Micro-Products – 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Guarantee
For small digital offers (“micro-products”), we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund, minus credit card processing fees.
If you don’t love what you purchased, simply email us at support@caribbeanbridge.net within 14 days of purchase, and we will issue a refund for the product price only. Processing fees charged by Stripe/PayPal are non-refundable.
This guarantee applies only to micro-products and does not apply to:
productized services
group programs
live events
coaching sessions
bundles that include coaching or assessments
2. Digital Products (Ebooks, Guides, Vaults, Templates, PDFs)
Unless the digital item qualifies as a “micro-product” under Section 1, all digital product sales are final due to instant and irrevocable access.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Caribbean Spanish Mastery Guide™
Caribbean Spanish Resource Vault™
Workbooks, templates, PDFs, Google Docs
Audio trainings and downloadable files
Self-paced courses
Downloadable bonuses
Once delivered, no refunds will be issued.
3. Heritage Spanish Lab – 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident in your decision. If after joining the Heritage Spanish Lab you feel we’re not a good fit, simply email us at support@caribbeanbridge.net within 7 days of purchase, and we will refund your payment in full.
Important Guarantee Conditions:
This guarantee is not applicable if you have consumed more than two (2) video lessons from the program. Access metrics will be used to verify eligibility. Once the refund period ends or more than two lessons are consumed, the sale becomes final.
4. Other Group Programs & Cohorts
Unless the program explicitly states a refund guarantee on its checkout page, enrollment in:
Caribbean Spanish Ignition™
Caribbean Spanish Booster™
Caribbean Spanish Mastery™
Any future group coaching cohorts
…is non-refundable.
Upon enrollment, participants receive immediate access to digital materials, community spaces (when applicable), and coaching seats; therefore, no refunds are provided outside of any program-specific guarantee listed at checkout.
5. 1:1 Coaching, Mini-Sessions, and Productized Services
All private coaching sessions and productized services, including but not limited to:
Caribbean Spanish Game Plan™ Session
Pronunciation, Grammar, or Vocabulary Assessments
Personalized Learning Plans
…are non-refundable, as time and expertise are reserved upon purchase.
Rescheduling:
You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed or late-canceled sessions are not refundable, creditable, or reschedulable.
6. Live Workshops, Masterclasses, and Events
All tickets to live events, online or in person, are non-refundable.
If replays are offered, you will receive access at no additional cost.
If replays are not included, this will be clearly stated on the event page.
7. Payment Plans
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to:
complete all scheduled payments
maintain an active payment method
Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access until resolved. Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled mid-agreement.
8. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, notify us within 3 business days. Once verified, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction only.
9. Technical Access Issues
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you can access your purchase.
Technical issues do not qualify for refunds, as long as access is ultimately provided. We may manually send files or grant alternative access if needed.
10. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback outside these terms is a violation of this policy.
We reserve the right to:
dispute the chargeback
provide proof of access and delivery
suspend access to products or programs
